Poly Pan Liners

Poly Pan Liners are an essential labor saving item in commercial kitchens. These bags are placed in cooking pans as liners between the food item and the surface of the cooking pan. They are designed to withstand the heat of the cooking process and remain stable. When the cooking is done, the poly liner is removed and thrown away. The labor intensive pot and pan scraping of scorched pans is avoided and the cooking pans can take a light wash or rinsing to be ready for their next use. Pan Liners save money in busy kitchens. All Pan Liners comply with FDA requirements for food applications.

Nylon Pan Liners
Elkay Pan Liners are made from a tough 1 mil Nylon material that provides a level of protection that cané─˘t be matched. Nylon Pan Liners make clean up a breeze and save labor costs because they protect oven baking and roasting pans, steam table serving pans, cooking pots, baking sheets and more from cooked-on residue that requires endless hours of scrubbing. In addition to the savings in labor costs, there's also savings to be realized from reduced wear and tear on pricey pans and equipment. The liner bags are designed to withstand temperatures from +400 degrees F to -70 degrees F, so they can be used for short term food storage as well by simply lifting the bag and it's contents from the pan, using a bag tie to seal the bag and placing the contents in the refrigerator.

Value Plus Poly Pan Liners
Value Plus Poly Pan Liners are made from an exclusive PTL material that gives great performance at a fraction of the cost of Nylon pan liners. Value Plus Poly Pan Liners are used to protect oven baking and roasting pans, steam table serving pans and cooking pots and more to make clean up a breeze. Commercial kitchens and restaurants can save on labor/clean up of cooking pans by using these pan liners. They also preserve the life of pans by acting as a physical barrier to sticky and baked-on residue and thus avoiding the repetitive scrubbing that reduces the life of the pan. The liner bags are designed to withstand temperatures from +400 degrees F to -100 degrees F, so they can be used for short term food storage as well. Elkay Plastics is the exclusive US manufacturer of PTL pan liner material. These liners are thinner gauged to provide better fit and flexibility. They also are more economical since their added value features cost no more than nylon pan liners.
